Yashika Begwani is a distinguished communications expert with 14+ years of experience in content, communications, and organizational behavior. As the host of the acclaimed podcast ‘Voice of Achievers’, launched in 2019, Yashika brings together top executives from leading national and international organizations covering themes like workplace psychology, leadership, organizational behaviour & more.

Her career milestones include being associated with prestigious organizations such as MyGov India, Digital India, NASSCOM, Entrepreneurs Organization, IBM, The Tata Group, and others. Beyond her professional roles, Yashika serves as a trusted communications consultant, podcast producer, and voice coach, sharing her wealth of knowledge with students and industry thought leaders alike.

Recognized by the Government of India for her contributions to the podcast and content ecosystem, Yashika has been felicitated for her innovative use of storytelling to educate, inform, and inspire change. She has also mentored multiple aspiring podcasters going from idea to a podcast through the Podcast Lab, a collaborative initiative by IFP and Spotify; and also supported senior professionals & trainers alike to build their own podcasts. Additionally, she has produced engaging podcast series for esteemed organizations like Roundtable India and Underwriters Laboratory, amplifying narratives such as “Women in Science and Engineering” on a global scale.

Yashika is the driving force behind India’s pioneering Podcast Competition, “The Battle of Voices,” conducted in collaboration with the Bloggers Alliance in collaboration with Jio Institute, and more. This initiative aims to amplify the voices of working professionals and students, nurturing self-expression and creativity within the media, content & audio industries. She has been at the forefront of promoting podcasts within India’s media and blogging landscape since its nascent stages.
